SIOUX CITY, IOWA (KCAU)- The GPAC Defensive Player of the Year will be moving on to Division I football.
Northwestern College linebacker Parker Fryar announced via his social media that he will be transferring to the University of South Dakota. Fryar, who earned first-team All-American honors, led the team in tackles in the past three seasons.
