Julie Schoenherr upsets Rhonda Capron for Sioux City council

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) – Julie Schoenherr has won the Sioux City city council at-large seat.

The unofficial results from the Woodbury County Sheriff’s Office show 26 of 26 precincts have reported with Schoenherr getting 52% of the votes with 4873.

She was running against incumbent Rhonda Capron who had 4501 votes.
