All of you history buffs and photography lovers will love this story.
We all know who Billy the Kid is. Born Willam H. Bonney, his is one of the most infamous outlaws in American history.
Until now, there has only been one known photo of the man. But a recent discovery is changing that belief.
Randy and Lnida Gujarro found the second photo of Billy at a junk store in Fresno a few years ago.
The two bought the picture for $2.
But now, that discovery is being called the “holy grail of photography.”
The picture has been authenticated by Western Americana expert Kagin’s Incorporated in Tiburon.
So the $2 investment can turn into a massive windfall for the Gujarro’s. The photo is estimated to be worth at least $5 million!
The only other iconic picture of Billy the Kid dates back to 1880, and sold for $2.3 million.
On ABC9 News This Morning, Jessica Rae and Scott Larson chatted about this amazing discovery.
