Denver, CO (KMGH) – In this day and age, we strive for the latest and greatest for anything we use in our daily lives.
But one Colorado man is bucking that trend, choosing to keep it old school for his passion.
Meet Chris Connor. He makes bicycles; but instead of using high tech metals and composites, he builds high performance bikes out of wood!
Building things like bikes has always been a passion for Chris, originally building guitars.
But Chris has always enjoyed cycling, so the switch to making them just made sense.
It takes Chris about 40 hours to make one of his masterpieces, and is able to make about 15 wooden bikes a year.
