South Dakota mental health task forces

South Dakota News

South Dakota has appointed 60 people to five legislative task forces to study mental health.

Both South Dakota legislatures and non-legislatures will work on the temporary task forces, looking into how to improve mental health services in the state. Each task force will focus on one area of mental health-related issues, like increasing community services and caregiver support.

The appointments were made by the executive board of the South Dakota legislature.
