The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a man Monday night for drunk driving well over the legal limit.
A trooper reportedly pulled the man over for failure to maintain lane and impeding traffic in Omaha at 132nd and Dodge Streets, according to an official with the Nebraska State Patrol.
Upon taking a breathalyzer test, the man was found to have a blood-alcohol concentration of .40.
In the vehicle, the trooper also found four mini liquor bottles of Jim Beam.
In addition to the failure to maintain lane and impeding traffic charges, the man was also charged with open container violation and aggravated DUI second offense.
