(KCAU) – Folks may be waiting a little longer compared to 2020 to receive their refund checks.
The tax filing season got a two week late start which resulted in funds being slowed down.
As of February 19, over $47 billion has been sent back to taxpayers compared to over $100 billion that the IRS refunded on the same day last year.
