With our busy schedules, going to the gym is sometimes not an option. Did you know you can get a workout in, in just two minutes with five easy exercises?  No need for machines and no need for a lengthy workout set-up. Our two minute workout works only with your own body weight and a floor.

The best part, you can make it as intense or as light as you wish. Here is how it goes.

– There are five exercises: The push-up, lunge, burpee, sit-up and mountain climbers

– Try as many repetitions as you can with about a 5 to 20 second break in between, Make sure however to fit in all of the exercises.

– You can also set a pre determined number of repetition and try to get those done in the set two minutes.

– If you don’t want follow the two minutes and simply want to do the exercises at your own pace, that’s possible too. It will get you fit in no time.
