A Pilger woman was flown to a Sioux City hospital for possible head injuries after a rollover in northeast Nebraska.

Stanton County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to a crash Monday night at 8:30 p.m. on Highway 275 about two miles west of Pilger. They said that Amanda Beerbohm, 23, of rural Pilger, was driving an SUV east on the highway before the vehicle left crossed into the other lane and went into the ditch. From there, the vehicle crossed 572nd Avenue rolling and landing in a cornfield.

Beerbohm was extricated from the SUV before then being flown to Sioux City. She was taken for possible head injuries. The sheriff’s office said they are not sure if she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
