The 5th annual Steins and Vines brought a sold out crowd to the Tyson Events Center.
Over 2,000 people enjoyed array of beverages at the event. The vendors all hail from right here in the hawkeye state. And with more 200 different beverages to choose from and over 70 vendors at the event, there was a little something for everyone to enjoy.
Organizers say it’s a great way to have some fun, while also giving back.
Dave Grosenheider, the event coordinator says, “This is a fun event. People love sampling new craft beers and wines but the number one thing that we’re talking about here is the charity aspect of this. Over the last few years, we’ve given more than $30,000 to charity.”
This year, the Steins and Vines festival will donate to the Ronald McDonald House and the Cosmpolitan Club. They also hosted games to help raise money for the sioux city knights group, a special olympic organization here in Sioux City.
