SPENCER, Iowa (KCAU) – A Spencer man was arrested after authorities say he was yelling at neighbors.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said that they were called to a residence about three miles west of Spencer on 350th Street for a disturbance Monday around 8:45 p.m.

Deputies arrived and saw Ismael Leon Rodriguez, 36, of Spencer, yelling obscenities at the neighbor’s house. They said Leon Rodriguez was told to return to his home multiple times until at one point he tried to grab one of the deputies arms.

He was then placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. He was booked into the Clay County Jail.
