City crews are patrolling the streets today to remove snow and spread salt as needed.
Siouxlanders are also out in droves scooping, scraping, pushing, and blowing snow off of streets, sidewalks and everywhere in between.
An annual and dreaded routine for most, but not for everyone.
“When I first come down here, I fell in love with it. I’ve always wanted to be in the snow, now I wont leave the snow, I’ll be waiting for it every season,” says Sioux City Resident, Trey Freeman.
Sioux city’s snow emergency will end Sunday night at 10.
