Local News
A Sioux City Bishop Heelan and Morningside College graduate turned documentary producer is back in her home town for a big premiere.
Sioux City’s Leah Winter is screening her documentary “Finding Noah” at the Promenade Theater Thursday night.
The film follows a crew’s search for Noah’s Ark – climbing mountains, following two thousand year old tips on the ark’s potential location.
Winter says she’s looking forward to being in her home town to screen the film.
“It’s a nationwide premiere, we have over 650 theaters. Many theaters have sold out. I requested specifically to bring it back to Sioux City so that my friends and family could come and enjoy it with me,” says Leah Winter, Co-Producer.
