A Sioux City woman was arrested Sunday after trying to hit her ex with a vehicle.
According to court documents, around 9:45 on Sunday morning, Natia Harris, 26, of Sioux City, went to her ex’s home to confront them about items that were taken from her vehicle.
She allegedly tried to run them over while her three-year-old son was in the backseat. In trying to hit her ex, she hit a retaining wall.
Harris also allegedly smashed the windshield of someone else’s car parked at her ex’s home.
Harris was arrested and charged with Child Endangerment, a class D felony; Domestic Abuse Assault, an aggravated misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, an aggravated misdemeanor; and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, an serious misdemeanor. She was booked into the Woodbury County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
