Sioux City Community School District was recognized by the state.
Sioux City Schools was one of 90 in the state that was awarded the Gold Star Status by the Iowa Department of Education.
Schools that receive the award are recognized by the Student Reporting in Iowa team for certifying enrollment data.
This is the school’s third year of earning the recognition.
