SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) – Sioux City officials have confirmed there will be a snow emergency starting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
With the snow emergency in effect, cars should park on the even side of the street starting on Tuesday, according to the press release. They should be moved to the odd side of the street starting on Wednesday at 7 a.m.
