A northeast Nebraska man accused of stabbing another man to death, is pleading ‘not guilty.’
The ‘not guilty’ plea by Rodolfo Castaneda-Morejon, 48, of Norfolk, came Tuesday, after a Madison County judge found him competent to stand trial for murder.
Morejon allegedly knifed another man to death, after suspecting him of having an affair with his girlfriend.
The killing taking place at a Norfolk apartment complex in August.
Prosecutors are still deciding whether to seek the death penalty in the murder case.
