JUNE 21, 2018 - Low pressure is moving away and high pressure moving in tonight.
That means an end to the rain chances, at least for the time being.
Unfortunately, as many as 5-6" of rain have fallen across parts of northern Siouxland this week. As a result, flood warnings are widespread north of US Highway 20. Be especially careful at night since flooding is hard to see. And remember, never cross a flooded road. These flood warnings will remain in effect into the weekend.
Tonight's low will be 57 with cloudy skies.
Expect a high of 76 tomorrow under mostly cloudy skies.
Looking ahead, we have middle 70s Saturday with the return of showers and storms in the afternoon and evening.
80s return Sunday, but we'll slip back to the 70s Monday as rain chances slip back into the forecast.
We'll bounce back to the 80s Tuesday through Thursday, with scattered showers and thunderstorms Tuesday and Thursday.
