We are finally seeing a change in the weather pattern here in Siouxland for the new week. It’s safe to say it will be much warmer and that will be a welcome change. Will it be completely dry? The short answer is no, but much of week will be drier.
We’ll be watching the air on Tuesday become more unstable as high humidity moves into the region. It won’t take much to spark a few clusters of thunderstorms, so we’ve included that in the forecast. We think the pattern should be less active on Wednesday, but timing these various waves will be challenging, so there will be a scattered t-storm chance again by Thursday.
The pattern emerging by Friday into the weekend looks much more active. The air will be humid along and south of the main boundary, which if forecast to be in the Siouxland region. Heavy rain will be a concern again and some severe weather, but again, we are bit early in forecasting the specific timeline. It would be wise to keep an eye on the forecast as the weekend draws near.
