Another River-Cade Parade is in the books and a mix of tradition and new excitement filled the downtown streets of Sioux City on Wednesday night.
Hundreds of floats jammed downtown streets filled with thousand’s of spectators.
Each year a member of the community is selected to serve in the honorary role of Port Admiral. KCAU9’s Tim Seaman is filling those duties this summer. Wednesday, before the 54th annual parade rolled through downtown, he caught up with 3 local men who previously served in that role.
