Authorities in Emmet County are asking for help to find a vehicle hit a bicyclist Saturday night.

The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report of a bicyclist hit by a vehicle on 170th Street west of Armstrong at 6:06 p.m Saturday.

They say that the vehicle and bike were going west when the vehicle hit the bicyclist and continued without stopping.

The bicyclist, Gary Isenberg, 71, of Swea City, had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Fairmont Hospital.

The sheriff’s office believes that the vehicle was a light colored 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. It is supposedly missing the passenger side rear view mirror. The driver is believed to be a woman with blonde hair and about 20 years old.

Anyone with information about the driver or vehicle is asked to call the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office at 712-362-2639.
