ANKENY, Iowa (WHO) — Habitat for Humanity kicked off its Ankeny blitz build Monday.
Volunteers lifted the first wall panels for six new affordable housing projects at 8 a.m. The event began at the Keystone Church in Ankeny.
More than a hundred volunteers gathered along with local leaders for the event.
