DES MOINES, Iowa — Every year the Iowa State Fair celebrates a baby boom inside the Knapp Learning Center.
The purpose of the exhibit is to educate visitors on the importance of Iowa animals in agriculture, but most kids just want to see the newborn babies.
WHO 13’s Elias Johnson spent the day with a family reconnecting with their Iowa roots.
