A gunman wearing tactical gear and carrying a high-powered rifle opened fire outside a Dallas federal building on Tuesday morning.
The gunman was identified as Brian Issac Clydes. He was shot down by swat team members before he could injure anyone.
Clydes worked at the parking garage across the street and was a former Army infantryman.
