SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) – Hispanic Heritage Month for the year of 2019 is celebrated from September 15 to October 15.
The month looks to celebrate Hispanic heritage and the many accomplishments.
The National Hispanic Heritage Month website said that the observation started in 1968 under President Lyndon Johnson and expanded by President Ronald Reagan in 1988 to cover a 30-day period
