Nathan Bauman was born and raised in Siouxland. Born in Ponca, Nebraska, just under thirty miles west of Sioux city, he is happy to serve Siouxland.
Nathan ended up graduating from Ponca High School in 2020. He went on to Western Iowa Tech Community College in Sioux City, graduating with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Broadcasting and Multi-media Journalism in 2022. While he was in college, he joined KCAU 9 as a Summer intern in 2021
Nathan joined KCAU 9 as the producer for the 11:30 and 5 PM shows in September 2022. Before joining KCAU 9, Nathan got his first job in journalism from KTIV for just under a year while finishing college.
Nathan is a fan of sports, loves watching movies, and playing video games.
