April 19, 2017 - Keep the umbrella handy today! Showers and thunderstorms are sliding through the region from southwest to northeast. A few may be on the stronger side with large hail & damaging wind. The high today will be on the cooler side - about 20° cooler than yesterday - at 56°.

Tonight the low will drop down to 43° as rain exits Siouxland before Midnight. Total accumulations should fall between a half inch and one inch.

Tomorrow will be windy, but a touch warmer with a high of 63°. After some morning clouds we should see afternoon sunshine.

The remainder of the 7 Day Forecast is quiet with the absence of rain chances and fairly mild temperatures. It'll be in the 70s on both Sunday and Monday of the coming week.
