Offender Walks Away From Sioux City Work Release Facility, Again

Sioux City, IA (ABC9 News) - A Sioux city man who was charged with beating a teen so badly he ended up in a hospital has walked away from his work release facility for the second time in two years.

Justin Miller, 29, is currently serving a portion of his 15 year sentence for beating up a young man and stealing his Gameboy. In 2007, 14-year-old Bryan Hill was waiting for his bus at 13th and Nebraska St. when Miller jumped him. Hill spent time in the hospital recovering from his injuries.

Back in October of 2012 Miller walked away from the facility as well. He was captured later that month.
