Norfolk police looking for robbery suspect

Suspect entered business, brandished handgun, demanded money

NORFOLK, Neb. - Norfolk police say that a business was robbed Sunday night, and authorities are still looking for the suspect.

The Norfolk Police Division says they were called Sunday around 9:15 p.m. for a robbery at 905 South 13th Street.

The suspect had entered the business, brandished a handgun, and demanded money. The clerk complied before leaving the store and running east.

No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect was described as a six-foot black male who was wearing dark clothing.

The case is under active investigation. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call the Norfolk Police Division at 402-644-8700.
