Tea, naturally has antioxidants to help clean out toxins.

It also effects the PH balance in your mouth, decreasing bacterial growth, which keeps your teeth healthy.

Tea is also a lower caffeine option, compared to coffee.

However, research has shown, the strongest health benefits, especially in green and black tea, is for heart health.

"Consuming tea, Green tea specifically, can decrease your LDL cholesterol and it may decrease your Triglycerides," said  Mercy Medical Clinical Nutritionist, Stephanie Small. "Also, according to research, black tea might decrease your risk of heart attacks."
