Marvelous Monday & Tuesday

June 19, 2017 - Today we'll have a continuation of our nice conditions from the Father's Day Weekend. Look for highs to rise into the lower/middle 80s this afternoon. We're projecting a high temperature of 84° for Sioux City with mostly sunny skies. The wind will be somewhat strong with gusts peaking around 25 MPH this afternoon.

Tonight the temperature will drop to 55° under clear skies with calm conditions.

Tomorrow will be very similar with a high of 85° and more sunshine on the way! The wind will be weaker between 5 and 15 MPH from the north.

Wednesday is when a disturbance is going to clip into the region with scattered showers and thunderstorms. There's a Slight Risk of severe weather for most of the Siouxland as there is the potential of large hail and damaging wind gusts. The high on Wednesday will be the hottest of the week at 89°.

Thursday we'll carry over a chance of showers and thunderstorms with the high at 83°. Then we'll have some cooler-than-normal temperatures for Saturday and Sunday in the mid 70s. Some more showers may pass through on Saturday.

Have a wonderful start to your week!
